Energy Drain
A 8th-tier necromantic touch spell that temporarily drains the target's levels, granting various benefits by the amount drained, while the target suffers a "level drain" that does not fade with time.

- Drains the target's levels and grants various buffs by the amount drained; the victim receives a special debuff, "level drain", that does not wear off over time
- Touch spells have no range and require contact; to compensate they are usually stronger than other spells of the same tier, roughly one tier higher in effect
