Message
A tiered spell for talking with any one person far away (presumed 2nd tier or lower); in YGGDRASIL used only in special situations, while in the New World it is unreliable and often paired with other means of confirmation.
- It is not telepathy—one must speak aloud; combined with [Silent Magic], the sender need not speak (Vol. 4)
- In YGGDRASIL it has a dedicated line so only the recipient hears; it has a time limit, which commander-type classes can extend
- In the New World [Message] has low credibility: the human nation "Jiatengbao" (name as given in Chinese sources) relied on it so heavily that three pieces of false information sparked a civil war (unverified), and it was then destroyed by monster and demi-human invasions; since then anyone who trusts [Message] too much is considered a fool, and separate verification is required
- Locals' [Message] is imprecise and hard to hear over long distances; shutting oneself in a metal room can block it; even the loyal Fluder and Ainzach could not fully trust a [Message] from Ainz, so Ainz ended up teleporting there in person
- Inside Nazarick, [Message] is the main means of communication, and Ainz often receives the Guardians' reports this way
