Ouroboros
One of the Twenty, in ring form; it can request system changes from the game developer broader in scope than Five Elements Overcoming.
- It can request changes to the game system itself; if the developer and operator agree, it can even replicate the effects of every other World Item (author's Twitter)
- In the guild era, the Celestial Uranium mine held by Ainz Ooal Gown was taken by another guild, which was later found to have used Ouroboros; Punitto Moe had suspected the other side had another goal, and retracted his guess at once on learning this
- Single-use; must be sought out again after use
- Like Five Elements Overcoming, a "make a wish to the operator" type of Twenty; listed in Vol. 3 (3-306)
- Reader theory: the "translation" phenomenon in which New World speech doesn't match mouth movements yet is mutually understood is a supernatural power and may be the effect of some World Item (unverified)
