Personality
Before meeting anyone she must perform a grotesque skit: throw away the doll in her arms, lunge at the visitor screaming "You stole my child!", and only after receiving a baby doll can she talk normally. After the skit she is actually quite normal, and sometimes even gives her younger sister a thumbs-up. She is extremely loving toward infants, but once a child passes two years old it is, in her eyes, just a lump of meat to be disposed of; she loathes her youngest sister Rubedo and is convinced Rubedo will sooner or later bring calamity upon Nazarick.

- Uses reconnaissance and counter-reconnaissance spells such as Clairvoyance, Crystal Monitor, Locate Object, Counter Detect, and False Data
- Wields giant scissors and cradles a baby doll

History
- Created by Tabula Smaragdina, the eldest of the three sisters along with Albedo and Rubedo; in the YGGDRASIL era, guild members seeing her for the first time were so startled that they attacked her together
- Vol. 3: Detects the location of the rebellious Shalltear for Albedo (cut from anime season 1)
- Vols. 6–7: After Operation Gehenna, she and Pestonya defy Ainz's policy to protect children abducted from the Royal Capital, and are confined as punishment (revealed in Vol. 10 p. 37)
- Movie bonus A Day of the Pleiades: Released from confinement to run the orphanage (the confinement presumably lasted from the start of Vol. 7 to around Vol. 10)
- Vol. 14: When the Sorcerer Kingdom sets out to wipe out the entire Kingdom, she and Pestonya petition Ainz directly to change the operation, and Ainz adopts part of their view; per Vol. 14, the infants previously saved are passed to Pestonya's care once they turn two
Trivia
Anime season 1 and the manga both cut her only appearance; she did not formally appear until season 4 episode 9, where her scissors were also more than ten times larger than in the novel illustration.
