Demi-Human Species

The umbrella term for "humanoid" races that look very different from humans; they have racial levels and greater physical abilities than human species.
- Representative races: goblins, ogres, lizardmen, trolls, Quagoa, Bafolk, etc.
- They have racial levels, and raising them grants race-specific abilities.
- In the game they look "ugly", but their stats exceed those of human species.
- Demi-humans in the New World generally have a low level of civilization, living in tribes or settlements; but in the center of the continent the demi-human "Six Great Nations" vie for supremacy.
- Human species and demi-humans cannot have children; aside from a few eccentrics, no race in the work prefers cross-species unions.
- Examples of demi-humans: goblins (ranging from level 1 to 50 in YGGDRASIL, multiplying rapidly once civilized), ogres, trolls, lizardmen, Quagoa, giants, nagas, and the Bafolk, Stone Eaters, and Magilos of the Abelion Hills
- Goblin relatives: hobgoblins slightly smaller than humans (rare, human-sized), bugbears, boggarts, and level-43 Redcaps (Enri's wield long scythes; those Lupusregina brought wield hand axes)
- Demi-humans can be identified with "magic that only affects demi-humans"; Zern, Blade Armor Bugs, Pandex, and others are mistaken for demi-humans because such magic affects them, but they may actually be heteromorphs
