Other / Alternative Magic

その他系 · Magic & Power Systems · Magic Systems

The school that uses stats other than the previous three as its casting stat.

• Japanese sources record it only as "other"
• Like the other three, it can be further subdivided into defense, necromancy, four elements, movement and other systems
• Other sources say paladins' magic falls in this category, cast in the form of blessings; the fallen paladin "Black Knight" also uses blessing magic
• The class table in Japanese sources lists Paladin and Black Knight (Albedo) in the two columns "warrior / other-school magic," provisionally classifying their magic as other-school (that source's own classification)
• Some magic classes are hard to assign to the four schools: Forest Mage (Mare), Summoner and Spirit Shaman (Crusch), Bard (Freivalds), Totem Shaman (Powapon) and others, which Japanese sources classify as "(magic)"
