God Slaying Emperor Blade
Cocytus's Divine-class ōdachi with a blade over 180 cm long, originally the equipment of his creator Warrior Takemikazuchi.
- Cocytus is proficient with 21 kinds of weapons; this sword has the greatest cutting power, and he only draws it against opponents he respects most (Vol. 4)
- Extremely durable; in the battle against the lizardmen in Vol. 4 it cut through even the white dragon-bone armor, the toughest in the tribe (summary, unverified)
- Other weapons: the silver halberd "Decapitating Fang" often used in the anime (named after the Tales Weaver collaboration), a silver spear, etc.
- Racially, Cocytus's exoskeleton counts as armor, so he cannot wear other armor, but he can wear accessories
- Source: Vol. 4 (4-394); readers classify it as Divine class
- Cocytus's racial "exoskeletal armor" is natural armament: it strengthens with level and does not drop on death, but its hardness and data volume are below a main weapon of the same level, and even level-100 natural armament barely reaches Divine class (6-324, 8-412)
- In Vol. 8 he brought out the silver spear before bathing to guard against Albedo going berserk (8-408)
Notes
The English light novel calls it "Imperial Sword Zanshin". Warrior Takemikazuchi also had the lightning-wreathed giant sword "Takemikazuchi Mk. VIII" and an unfinished "Ultimate Blade" made to defeat Touch Me.
