YGGDRASIL equipment is divided into 9 grades, with World Items and guild weapons outside the scale.
Data Crystal
データクリスタル
Crystals dropped by defeated monsters that grant abilities when set into equipment; they are the core of YGGDRASIL's custom gear.
Artifact
アーティファクト
In the light novels, finished items with fixed data that cannot be freely customized; they drop from monsters or are sold in shops, and their rarity varies.
Cash Items
課金アイテム
Items bought with real money or obtained from the gacha in YGGDRASIL; they can no longer be obtained after the transfer.
Scroll
巻物（スクロール）
Single-use items with a spell sealed in advance; whether someone can use one depends on their class's spell list.
Wands and Staves
短杖（ワンド）／杖（スタッフ）
Reusable consumables with spells sealed in them in advance; their power and duration are lower than when a caster casts the spell directly.
Sealing Crystal
魔封じの水晶
A crystal with a spell sealed in it in advance that shatters after one use; its type can be told from its glow.
New World Magic Items
異世界のマジックアイテム
Magic items made in the New World; they fall far below YGGDRASIL's in rarity and potency, but some special items cannot be reproduced in YGGDRASIL.
