Princess Renner's personal guard, nicknamed the "Loyal Dog" · Re-Estize Kingdom · Human · Lv Unknown

Personality

Passionate and extraordinarily hardworking, he offers absolute loyalty to Renner, who saved his life, and trains hard every day without fail. He agonises over his lack of talent with the sword, while remaining simple and obtuse, entirely unaware of Renner's true nature.

Abilities

He has no special talent, but through hard training he rates himself at about the level of a gold-rank adventurer, stronger than ordinary Kingdom soldiers; in warrior skill alone he surpasses Succulent of Six Arms
Original martial art Mind Liberation: removes the brain's limiters on the body, raising all his abilities by one more stage; an original martial art he devised after life-or-death training with Sebas
Combining the "Dragon's Treasure" ring made with Wild Magic (lent to him by Gazef during the Demonic Disturbance in the Royal Capital; originally owned by Rigrit of the Thirteen Heroes and later given to Gazef) with Mind Liberation, he can match a mithril-rank warrior
Wears the pure-white full plate armour Renner gave him, plus magic bells for unlocking, disarming traps and detecting hidden doors

History

As a child of unknown parentage he lay dying on a street in the Royal Capital until Renner, passing by, picked him up; from then on he became her soldier (background)
In the Royal Capital he asks Sebas to train him and endures his killing intent; then with Sebas and Brain he raids an Eight Fingers brothel and fights Succulent of Six Arms (Vol. 5); while helping Sebas rescue Tuare he uses his original martial art Mind Liberation for the first time, and together with Lockmeier defeats Succulent disguised as Tuare (Vol. 6)
In the massacre on the Katze Plains he witnesses Gazef die in his duel with Ainz (Vol. 9)
When the Royal Capital falls, at Renner's request he hides the treasures symbolising royal authority in the basement of an abandoned warehouse; returning to the Throne Room he finds the king already dead, is forced to kneel by Demiurge, then takes up Razor Edge to challenge Ainz and is killed by Grasp Heart (Vol. 14)
After being revived he learns that Renner became a demon to save him, and decides to become a demon himself and stay by her side forever (Vol. 14)

Trivia

His and Brain's salaries both come from Renner's private allowance; they are not employed by the royal household.
