Floor Guardians
Nazarick's highest-ranking NPCs, each guarding a floor; all are level 100 except Gargantua and Victim. Overseer Albedo and butler Sebas hold equal standing.
- Members: Shalltear (floors 1–3), Gargantua (4th), Cocytus (5th), Aura and Mare (6th), Demiurge (7th), Victim (8th); Albedo is the Overseer and Sebas the head butler—neither is a Floor Guardian
- They command the servants on their floor and hold the power of life and death over those not directly created by the Forty-One Supreme Beings
- In the game, base-defense NPCs could not leave the base; after the transfer they can go out freely; after Shalltear's brainwashing, outings require at least 5 servants of level 75+
- To guard against World Items, each Guardian was allowed to hold one World Item (Sebas apparently does not)
- Strength ranking (author): Shalltear 1st (overall), Mare 2nd (wide-area annihilation), Albedo, Cocytus, and Sebas tied for 3rd (rock-paper-scissors), Aura and Demiurge 6th, Victim 8th; Gargantua is excluded, though in raw strength it exceeds Shalltear
- The Deep Darkness Dragon Lord is said to have the edge one-on-one against every Floor Guardian except Shalltear, who is its natural enemy
Notes
The "other one" whose melee ability surpasses Albedo, Cocytus, and Sebas is thought to be Rubedo.
