Staff of Ainz Ooal Gown

The guild weapon of Ainz Ooal Gown, tuned exclusively for Momonga; its power surpasses Divine class and rivals World Items.
- A golden staff modeled on the caduceus of Hermes, with seven snakes coiled around it, each holding a Divine-class gem in its mouth (the original confirms the Moon Gem, Fire Gem, etc.; the side story adds a Sun Gem; Wind and Water Gems are speculation; all seven names are undisclosed)
- The seven gems are a set series and grow stronger when complete; they were so hard to collect that calls within the guild to give up were countless
- Abilities: each gem can cast spells a set number of times per day, e.g. [Summon Primal Fire Elemental] once per day; it has an automatic interception system and exudes a dark-red aura
- If destroyed the guild collapses, so in the YGGDRASIL era it was kept in the Round Table room and never once used (Vol. 1)
- After the transfer it was only taken out for the Battle of Carne Village, then entrusted to Aureole Omega; the staff Ainz normally carries is an empty prototype from its production (Vol. 4), with less than a tenth of the real one's power
- Exercising guild-master privileges (such as rewriting Albedo's settings) reportedly requires holding the guild weapon
- Gem activations in the side story The Vampire Princess of the Lost Country: "Fire Gem" [Fire Storm], "Moon Gem" [Moonlight Veil] (heavily reduces magic damage, no physical defense), "Sun Gem" [Sunlight Burst], summoning Primal Wind/Water Elementals (side story; presumed to come from the "Wind Gem" and "Water Gem" respectively)
Notes
In 2022 an official pure-gold (24K) replica went on sale with genuine gemstones for all the gems, priced at 3 million yen; a gold-plated sterling silver 925 version cost 1.23 million yen.
