Wish Upon a Star

A super-tier spell that grants wishes by consuming experience points; magic casters can only learn it at level 95.
- In YGGDRASIL options appear at random according to the proportion of experience consumed (one per 10%, up to 10), with reportedly over 200 kinds of wishes
- In the New World its effect becomes "granting the wish made," and it can consume up to 500% experience (5 levels) to grant greater wishes
- Ainz's "Shooting Star" ring can activate it three times without the super-tier casting time
- In Vol. 3 Ainz tried to use the Shooting Star ring to break Shalltear's mind control, but failed (the opponent was a World Item's effect)
- In the New World it can also take away talents
- It can only be learned upon reaching level 95 as a magic caster
- In the Web novel super-tier magic has no casting time; the light novel only says the Shooting Star ring's activation time is zero, so the spell itself presumably still needs casting time
Notes
In the Web novel Ainz used it to temporarily rejuvenate members of the Evil God Cult for a few days, using up all the experience he had saved since the game era; the Massacre in light novel Vol. 9 is thought to be connected to Ainz's experiments in "gaining experience points."
