Argland Council State

A nation founded by many demi-human races in the mountains northwest of the Kingdom after the Evil Deities' upheaval, governed by 5–7 dragons serving as councilors; the strongest, the Platinum Dragon Lord, is one of the permanent councilors.
- Capital: Dragon's Breath (appears in Vol. 14); located northwest of the Kingdom
- Government: a council of councilors elected by each demi-human race (Web novel setting), with real power held by 5–7 dragons; humans are said to make up less than 10%
- Councilors known from the light novel: the Platinum Dragon Lord Tsaindorcus Vaision and the Blue Sky Dragon Lord Suveria Myronsilk
- The Platinum Dragon Lord's movements are restricted because he guards the Eight Greed Kings' guild weapon, so he usually acts through remotely controlled armor
- Web novel: relations with the Slane Theocracy are extremely bad; 500 years ago they concluded the "World Covenant"
- Key events: the Kingdom's last ally; in Vol. 14 the Platinum Dragon Lord's assassination of the Sorcerer King (a body double) fails
- The Web novel setting has five dragons as permanent councilors: the Platinum Dragon Lord, the Blue Sky Dragon Lord Suveria Myronsilk, the Diamond Dragon Lord Omunadsense, the Obsidian Dragon Kessenbrut and the Worm Dragon Zarajilkaria; in the author's tweeted strength ranking of supporting characters, they fall between the Black Scripture's 1st Seat and the goblin strategist
- In the Web novel nearly all adventurers are demi-humans, with four A+ teams on par with Blue Rose; known inhabitants include lizardmen, sea lizardmen, mermen, goblins and ogres (Web novel setting)
- The Blue Sky Dragon Lord has a druid's power and can use divine magic (11-363)
