Blue Roses Subjugation Plan
An original event story in the mobile game Mass for the Dead (MftD; first run April 26–May 6, 2019, rerun February 2023, unverified): Demiurge turns a mine into a "demon's lair"-style dungeon to drive off the Blue Roses, who come to investigate.
- (MftD) Nazarick needs outside currency to rebuild and grow stronger; Momonga chooses to earn it through trade rather than plunder, deciding to sell ore from an abandoned mine
- (MftD) The Kingdom suffers from a shortage of arms and soaring ore prices; E-Rantel's guild master Ainzach gathers high-ranking adventurers to reopen the mine, and the Blue Roses accept this royal commission
- (MftD) Demiurge's aim is not to kill the Blue Roses but to make the Kingdom's premier adventurer team retreat, convincing everyone the mine is extremely dangerous; Momonga approves the plan and creates an undead force for him
- (MftD) Entoma commands the mine's insects in battle, Mare reshapes the tunnels into a maze of branches and causes small cave-ins, and an Abyssal Demon lays out blood writing, summoning circles, and the like to fake a "demon summoning gone out of control"
- (MftD) Evileye's [Vermin Bane] is dangerous to Entoma, who withdraws and leaves the rest to the Abyssal Demon; in the deepest chamber Lakyus unleashes the demon sword Kilineiram and fells the Abyssal Demon with "Super Dreadnought Dark Blade Shockwave"
- (MftD) The Abyssal Demon's corpse spews poison mist, and the group withdraws from the mine, judging it hard to reopen; behind the scenes the Abyssal Demon was healed remotely and survived, and the poison mist was a backup measure prepared by Demiurge
- (MftD) Weeks later, Lupusregina poses as a foreign merchant woman running "Wolf Mark Ore Shop" to sell the ore; Nazarick gains a source of outside currency, and the Kingdom a source of ore
Notes
According to the official announcement, this event marked the in-game debut of all five Blue Roses and the ★4 "Abyssal Demon".
