Momon's Equipment
The jet-black full plate and twin greatswords Ainz uses as the adventurer "Momon", made by magic or forged by Nazarick's chief blacksmith.
- The jet-black full plate (fluted armor) and two greatswords (Momon's Greatswords) were made with [Create Greater Item], so even the pure caster Ainz can equip them; they are harder than magically made adamantite
- The magic armor falls off when [Perfect Warrior] is used, so there is also a real suit forged by the chief blacksmith; a deliberately damaged version was even made to fake a fierce fight with a vampire
- Most other accessories are Relic class: Crown of Mental Barrier (blocks charm and fear), Glasses of Sure Hit, Black Widow Spider Garb, black belt, Nemean Lion, Boots of Acceleration, Necroplasmic Mantle
- Under [Perfect Warrior] he can borrow the Supreme Beings' gear, such as Touch Me's white armor "Compliance With Law"
- Under the helmet he wears a rubber mask, and uses illusion to create a human face
- The armor has changed several times: (1) made by Ainz's magic; (2) made by the chief blacksmith, deliberately damaged and sent to the Magic Caster Guild for repair (3-422, 6-373); (3) the real armor made by the chief blacksmith for wear under [Perfect Warrior] (6-372)
- Publicly he claims the front of the armor uses a great deal of adamantite (3-421); the magic armor was barely dented by a blow from Clementine
- The tips of Momon's Greatswords flare out like a fan; being magical constructs they can be replaced at any time, and in the E-Rantel cemetery he hurled one as a throwing weapon (2-118)
- In his "showdown" with Jaldabaoth he threw the "Crimson Spear (Inferno)", whose head looks like a vortex of flame (6-392)
Notes
The name "Momon's Greatsword" comes from a collaboration with Tales Weaver.
