10th Tier
The highest tier of tier magic; under the seven-levels-per-tier theory, usable from magic-class level 64.
- Signature spells: 〈Reality Slash〉, 〈Time Stop〉, 〈Meteor Fall〉, 〈Implosion〉, 〈Control Amnesia〉 and 〈Create Fortress〉
- 〈Uriel〉: deals full damage only when karma is at its positive maximum; at karma −500 its damage falls below that of a 1st-tier spell
- 〈Mercy of Shorea Robusta〉: grants slow regeneration and full instant-death resistance, revives without level loss when HP hits zero, and can even evade "The Goal of All Life is Death"
- 〈Armageddon Evil〉 summons a demon army; 〈Summon Undead 10th〉 summons level-70 beings such as the King of Ruin
- Users: Ainz, level-100 NPCs such as Shalltear and Demiurge, and the local Decem
- In the New World only a very few, such as Evileye, know the 10th tier exists (proven by the Nameless Book of Spells, unverified)
- 〈Summon Monster 10th〉: in the Web novel Ainz summoned Cerberus from a scroll; in Vol. 3 the one Shalltear cast was erased by Ainz with 〈Greater Rejection〉
- 〈Seven Trumpeter〉 (divine; an elemental skeleton tried to use it), 〈Stream of Lava〉 (druidic fire magic), 〈Field of Unclean〉 and 〈Ultimate Disturb〉 (greatly raises allies' magic resistance but leaves them nearly unable to cast)
- 〈Body of Effulgent Beryl〉: reduces bludgeoning damage for a time and can completely nullify bludgeoning damage once; related spells are 〈Body of Effulgent Heliodor〉 against slashing and 〈Body of Effulgent Aquamarine〉 against piercing (side story); among the three, the later cast overwrites the earlier
- 〈Nature's Shelter〉: creates a roofless air-raid shelter (BD bonus novel)
Notes
Web novel setting: around level 70 one must have countermeasures against time-type magic.
