4th Tier
The threshold of high-tier magic, where even Fluder's best disciples stop; under the seven-levels-per-tier theory it corresponds to levels 22–28.
- Signature spells: 〈Crystal Lance〉 (Evileye) and 〈Charm Species〉
- 〈Summon Undead 4th〉: Iguva=41 summoned four Skeleton Warriors; the same spell cannot summon again until the summons vanish
- 〈Summon Angel 4th〉 can summon a Principality Peace and others
- Nasrene, the Magelos queen of the Abelion Hills, modified 〈Silver Lance〉 into lightning, fire and ice versions, at a cost far exceeding ordinary 4th-tier spells
- Nigun can use at least 4th-tier divine magic; Kelart publicly claims she can only use up to the 4th tier
- Modified spells such as 〈Shock Lance〉 come from Nasrene ("Iceflame Thunder"), a Magelos of the Abelion Hills, not from Holy Kingdom people
- 〈Dehydration〉: the upgrade of the 1st-tier 〈Destruction Water〉, able to deal considerable damage even to ordinary creatures (side story); 〈Tremor Sense〉 detects slight vibrations in the ground (Vol. 16)
- 〈Control Cloud〉: a weather spell that manipulates clouds (Vol. 4); 〈Holy Aura〉 is effective only against those of evil alignment (Web novel)
