Battle at Prart

Vol. 13, spring of Year 3 after the transfer: about 95,000 troops of the Holy Kingdom's liberation army and southern army marched on the major city of Prart to meet the demi-human coalition; the Sorcerer King joined with a demi-human army and defeated the Demon Emperor Jaldabaoth one-on-one—the last great battle of the Holy Kingdom campaign.

• About a month after the Sorcerer King's "defeat", the southern Holy Kingdom army joined the liberation army; a week later the whole force marched on Prart, where about 30,000 demi-humans were deployed on the plain.
• About 30 minutes into the battle, Remedios Custodio destroyed the "Scale Demon" commanding the demi-human army; Jaldabaoth then appeared and afterward returned to his own lines.
• Neia Baraja's archer unit was positioned in the rear.
• While the liberation army held an emergency council, the regrouped demi-human army began its attack; about an hour later, Ainz arrived leading about 10,000 demi-human troops and joined the battle.
• Ainz fought Jaldabaoth one-on-one and won; the liberation army then retook Prart and the capital Hoburns, and a few days later Caspond (actually a doppelgänger) was crowned.
• Other sources state: the human army consisted of 30,000 southern troops and 65,000 from the liberation army, with 40,000 on the left wing and 55,000 on the right, encircling the demi-humans' "fish-scale" formation with a "crane wing"; another 20,000 southern troops were split to guard the line of retreat and Kalinsha (unverified).
