God-kin
Those of the Six Great Gods' bloodline who awaken the gods' power, called God-kin by the Slane Theocracy; they possess potential far beyond ordinary people, and about three (or two) exist today—the Black Scripture's Captain and the Extra Seat among them.
- The Six Great Gods' blood has been passed down in varying concentrations, and its heirs can potentially become strong; only those who awaken the gods' power are called God-kin (Vol. 6)
- Only those recognized as of the Six Great Gods' bloodline are called God-kin; those awakened to the blood of other players such as the Eight Greed Kings are called something else
- The Theocracy currently has three (possibly two) God-kin; in the Web novel there are two, the Black Scripture's Captain and a certain cardinal (Vol. 4, author's notes)
- Web novel: a God-kin wearing the gods' legacy gear could destroy a continent single-handedly; if information on God-kin leaked, it might provoke a decisive battle with the surviving true Dragon Lords, dragging the Theocracy to its ruin (both Web novel)
- The Extra Seat "Zesshi Zetsumei" is a hybrid of the Six Great Gods' blood and Elf King Decem, called "this world's Overlord"
Notes
The reading was long uncertain; the manga and Vol. 15 gloss it as "shinjin", while the Audible audiobook reads it "jinnin".
