Imperial Ministry of Magic

A key institution in the Imperial capital Arwintar and the essence of Imperial magic, responsible for producing magic arms, developing new spells and researching improvements to daily life; its chief overseer is Fluder.
- The ministry has a separate minister, but the chief overseer is the Empire's strongest magic caster Fluder; the deputy is one of Fluder's "Thirty Elite" personal disciples
- It is heavily guarded by the 1st Army's elite, the Imperial Air Guard, the Imperial Ground Guard and stone golems
- Research projects include producing magic arms for knights, the principle of spontaneous undead generation, and undead labor using skeletons for farm work (conducted secretly due to priests' opposition)
- About five floors underground in the innermost tower is the Death Knight captured on the Katze Plains five years ago, which Fluder cannot control despite every means
- Some of the latest technologies are trial-installed, under seals, at the Imperial Magic Academy
- It has been the most valued institution since the previous emperor; the entrance to the innermost tower holding the Death Knight is guarded by the Imperial Ground Guard, battle-hardened magic casters and four stone golems (7-134–135)
- The skies above are patrolled by the Imperial Air Guard and high-level magic casters capable of flight; the ministry also studies the principle of spontaneous undead generation to deal with the Katze Plains (7-136)
- Magic items conceived by the Mouth-Only Sage are sold at the Imperial capital's north market, and Roberdyck praises the Empire's magic technology (7-089); the Magic Academy's class bell is made by the ministry, with its seal engraved on the bottom of the box (Web novel)
