Central Continent / Beastman Country
The vast regions beyond the human nations around Nazarick are ruled by demi-humans: six great demi-human nations vie for supremacy in the central continent, and the Beastman nation east of the Dragon Kingdom sees humans as food.

- The minotaur nation from which the Mouth-Only Sage came lies in the central continent, where almost everyone knows his name
- The Beastman nation has raided the Dragon Kingdom for years and recently turned to all-out invasion, already taking three cities
- The side story mentions that in a vast desert in the southwest of the central continent the "Clear Light Dragon" is worshipped, and its religion's main temple is there
