Floor 5: Glacier
A floor ravaged by extreme cold and snow; Cocytus's residence, the "Great White Sphere", and the "Frozen Prison" for captives are here.
- It originally had a field effect of continuous cold damage and slowed movement, disabled after the transfer so it is now merely cold; it also stores great numbers of frozen corpses as material for undead made by Ainz and Pandora's Actor—more than the two can use up
- Great White Sphere (Snowball Earth): shaped like an upside-down hornet's nest, with walls, ceiling, and furniture all of ice; Cocytus's residence, with level-82 Frost Virgins stationed on the surrounding crystal pillars as his guard
- Frozen Prison: a fairy-tale two-story mansion, colder inside than out; enemies are held here, including survivors of the Sunlight Scripture
- In the "Room of Truth" beneath the prison, Neuronist Painkill, one of the Five Worst, handles interrogation and torture, assisted by torture demons
- The Area Guardian Nigredo, "imprisoned" per her settings, is also in the prison and specializes in investigative magic; Tabula paid out of pocket to fill her room with "rotting-flesh babies"
- White penguins are also said to live on this floor
