Sorcerer Kingdom

An autocratic monarchy founded by the undead magic caster Ainz Ooal Gown as Sorcerer King, with its capital at E-Rantel; it advertises multiracial coexistence while expanding behind the scenes through schemes and terror.
- Founded: Vol. 9 (about half a year after the transfer); capital: E-Rantel (the former mayor's residence and guest hall serve as the nominal royal castle); located where the Kingdom, the Empire and the Theocracy meet
- Ruler: Sorcerer King Ainz; prime minister Albedo; the national flag is simply Ainz Ooal Gown's guild flag
- Society: all races under its protection are equal, legendary-class undead serve as labor, and dragons handle air transport; entering the city requires first attending a briefing, and drawing a sword before a Death Knight means execution on the spot
- The Adventurer's Guild was nationalized with the goal of "exploring the unknown"; adventurers who move to other countries are treated as traitors
- The hero Momon (played by Pandora's Actor) acts as the Sorcerer King's "overseer," keeping the populace calm
- Sphere of influence: the Empire (vassal), the Great Forest of Tob, the races of the Azerlisia Mountains, the Katze Plains and the Abelion Hills; it has relations with the dwarf nation and provides aid to the Holy Kingdom and the Dragon Kingdom
- Key events: founded through the Massacre → the Empire's vassalization → relations with the dwarves → the Holy Kingdom incident → the Kingdom's fall → in Vol. 16 the decision to attack the Slane Theocracy
- Undead rental business: the best-sellers are cheap skeletons for simple labor; by Vol. 14 the Sorcerer Kingdom's skeleton-farmed food output reportedly rivals that of the entire Kingdom; the Empire rents large numbers of Death Cavaliers
- When invading the Kingdom in Vol. 14, it faced the Kingdom's 400,000 troops with an undead army of about 10,000 (made up of three or four kinds of undead)
- About 1,000 people chosen by the Eight Fingers' department heads live in a temporary village, have borrowed four golems, and are guarded by undead around the village — villagers who step outside the undead perimeter and come back are attacked (Vol. 14)
- Food prices are low and public order is excellent
Notes
In the Web novel the E-Rantel area was acquired by the Empire and Ainz became the Empire's "Margrave Ainz Ooal Gown"; he did not found a nation.
